ITC Awards Magotteaux Attys' Fees In 337 Dispute

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 2:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has granted Magotteaux International S/A attorneys' fees in the amount of $43,000 in the company's case accusing AIA Engineering Ltd. and Vega Industries Ltd. US of importing composite wear products that infringed a patent.

The ITC lodged a notice Wednesday saying the commissioners had decided to adopt an administrative law judge's recommendation granting in part Magotteaux's motion for attorneys' fees and sanctions.
