Wyeth Drums For New Prempro Trial After $58M Hit

Law360, New York (May 4, 2010, 5:56 PM EDT) -- Citing constitutional and procedural snafus, Pfizer Inc. is urging the Nevada Supreme Court to toss out a $58 million judgment and hold a new trial in one of the bellwether cases alleging hormone replacement drugs made by the pharmaceutical giant’s Wyeth unit caused breast cancer.
