ITC Shuts Door On Safe Skies' Luggage Lock Probe

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 12:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has rejected Safe Skies LLC's challenge of an initial determination that none of the companies named in Safe Skies' complaint over airport security-friendly luggage locks should be held liable for patent infringement, bringing the investigation to a close.
