Wal-Mart Settles ADA Consulting Firm's Contract Suit

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has resolved ADA Consultants and Advisors Inc.'s breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation suit over the consulting firm's efforts to bring the store into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Judge Mary S.
