Federal Circuit Upholds District Court's Injunction Against Icon Health

Law360, New York (June 24, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has upheld a lower court’s ruling in favor of gym equipment maker Nautilus, temporarily barring rival Icon Health and Fitness from using its "CrossBow" trademark to sell its exercise machines.

The court agreed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, which granted Nautilus a preliminary injunction that had been stayed pending the appeal.
