Nissan Told To Produce Docs In Spat Over Faulty A/C

Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 2:45 PM EDT) -- Nissan North America Inc. has been ordered to produce certain documents in a contract suit accusing Johnson Electric North America Inc. of making faulty automotive components that cost Nissan $18 million when it was forced to recall certain vehicles.

Magistrate Judge Mona Majzoub of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan issued the order May 5, granting in part and denying in part Johnson's motion to compel. Judge Majzoub also rejected Johnson's request for sanctions against Nissan.
