ValueClick Settles In Netscape Web Ad Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 7, 2010, 2:13 PM EDT) -- Online advertising company ValueClick Inc. has agreed to a settlement in a patent infringement suit brought by Netscape Communications Corp. over technology for Web advertising.

Judge T.S. Ellis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on Thursday signed a joint motion for dismissal filed earlier in the day, which stated that the parties had reached a settlement.
