PetSmart, Insurer Settle Over Hamster Suits Atty Fees

Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 5:12 PM EDT) -- PetSmart Inc. and Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America have settled a case over attorneys' fees PetSmart spent defending itself in several suits that accused the pet retail chain of selling infected hamsters.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona issued an order of voluntary dismissal for the suit on Thursday, dismissing the case with prejudice.
