BA Execs Acquitted In UK Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A London jury on Monday acquitted four British Airways PLC employees accused of conspiring with Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. to fix the price of plane tickets after the U.K.'s competition watchdog withdrew its claims against the executives based on new evidence it received last week.
