San Diego Regional Chief Tapped To Head Border Patrol

Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 3:02 PM EDT) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has tapped Michael J. Fisher to become the next chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, where he will lead the agency's enforcement efforts.

Customs Commissioner Alan Bersin named Fisher to take over the Border Patrol on Friday, promoting him from his current post as chief patrol agent for the San Diego sector.
