Cintas Worker Appeals Judgment In Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A plaintiff in a gender discrimination suit against Cintas Corp. has appealed a court's decision to deny class certification and grant summary judgment to the uniform company, the latest development in broad hiring discrimination litigation against Cintas.

Plaintiff Tanesha Davis appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday, seeking to overturn a ruling from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
