BLM Wins Bid To Toss Potash Co.'s Oil Drilling Fight

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 3:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed Intrepid Potash-New Mexico LLC's challenge to a Bureau of Land Management decision to allow a petroleum company to drill oil and gas wells on land containing potash deposits in southeastern New Mexico.
