Hancock Park Faces WARN Suit Over Plant Closing

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 2:53 PM EDT) -- Hancock Park Associates LLP has been hit with a putative class action on behalf of former employees of Barcalounger Inc. and American of Martinsville Inc. who allege the private equity firm failed to provide them 60 days' advance notice before terminating them as part of a plant closing.
