Mechanic Has Some Privileges In Bias Case: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has held that a lower court “clearly erred” in finding that a Mexican mechanic bringing a race and national origin discrimination case against a unit of the Vancouver Fire Department in Washington had completely waived his attorney-client and work product privileges.
