Antitrust Suits Exempt From Notice Statute: Wis. Court

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin appeals court has ruled that a state law requiring parties suing government entities to provide a notice of injury within 120 days of the injury does not apply to certain antitrust suits.
