Kohl Aims To Add Anti-Leegin Bill To Finance Reform

Herb Kohl, D-Wis., is attempting to move a bill to restore the vertical price-fixing ban overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court in the 2007 case Leegin Creative Leather Products Inc. v. PSKS Inc. alongside other financial regulatory reform legislation currently on the U.S. Senate floor.
