Travelers Tries To Duck Land O' Lakes Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 2:33 PM EDT) -- Travelers Indemnity Co. is looking to escape coverage for cleanup costs the butter company Land O' Lakes Inc. shelled out for the polluting activities of a merged subsidiary that occupied what was later designated a Superfund site in Oklahoma.
