Ford Win Upheld In Liability Suit Over Anti-Lock Brakes

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 3:58 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing a product liability suit accusing Ford Motor Co. of negligently failing to put front-wheel anti-lock brakes on a pickup truck that hit and severely injured a child has refused to reconsider his decision to toss the suit.
