Ariz. Appeals Court Remands Taser Trade Secrets Win

Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 5:29 PM EDT) -- An Arizona appeals court has reversed and remanded a lower court's summary judgment decision in favor of Taser International Inc. in its trade secrets and breach of contract suit against a former vice president of marketing over the development of a clip-on camera device.

A three-judge panel of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, ruled Thursday that the Superior Court in Maricopa County, Ariz., was wrong to grant partial summary judgment for Taser in the suit against former executive Steve Ward.
