Cintas Accuses EEOC Of Harassment Suit 'Ambush'

Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 5:01 PM EDT) -- Cintas Corp. has moved to dismiss classwide claims brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that a white male supervisor sexually harassed black male workers, arguing the EEOC didn't probe the claims or give Cintas a chance to resolve them outside court.

Cintas, which makes work uniforms and other workplace supplies, moved Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to dismiss the EEOC's classwide sexual and racial harassment claims.
