Court Dismisses Taser's Patent Case Against Bestex

Law360 (January 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A U.S. District judge has dismissed the remaining claims in Taser International Inc.’s patent infringement lawsuit against Bestex Company over air cartridges used in air guns after Taser failed to disclose a licensing agreement vital to the case.

Judge Percy Anderson dismissed Taser’s claims of patent infringement and false marketing, according to civil minutes of the Jan. 8 proceedings.
