E.On Head Blasts E.U.’s Energy Unbundling Plans

Law360, New York (January 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- German utility E.On AG's chief executive has lashed out at calls from European regulators to quell anti-competitive practices in the energy sector through unbundling, arguing that forcing energy companies to separate production from distribution networks would not improve competition in the area of network operations.
