Attys' Fees Wrongly Reduced In Crash Suit: 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 19, 2010, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reversed a lower court's decision to reduce attorneys’ fees for counsel who secured an $18 million settlement in an indemnity suit involving a man severely disabled in an automobile accident caused by a drunk colleague.
