CPSC Proposes Labeling, Testing Rules For Kids' Items

Law360, New York (May 19, 2010, 5:12 PM EDT) -- In the wake of several high-profile recalls of products marketed for children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has proposed two new rules that would tighten testing and labeling standards for consumer products, including children's items.
