Yale's Deputy General Counsel Named To 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 6:07 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has nominated the second-ranked legal officer of Yale University to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, also tapping three for district court judge spots.

Susan L. Carney, who has been the deputy general counsel of Yale since 2001, was named to the Second Circuit on Thursday. That same day, Judges Anthony Joseph Battaglia, Edward J.
