Parker Hannifin's $6.5M Win In Filter IP Suit Challenged

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 5:41 PM EDT) -- Industrial equipment maker Champion Laboratories Inc. and Wix Filtration Corp. have asked a federal judge to reconsider a jury's $6.5 million decision in favor of Parker Hannifin Corp. in its infringement suit over a fuel filter patent, claiming that there was not adequate evidence to support the verdict.
