ITC Maintains Duties On Chinese Ironing Boards

Law360, New York (May 21, 2010, 5:57 PM EDT) -- An anti-dumping duty order on floor-standing metal-top ironing boards from China will stay in place, with the U.S. International Trade Commission determining Friday that lifting the order would probably result in a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry.

All six ITC commissioners voted to maintain the duties, finding that the U.S. industry would suffer if the order was not left intact, the commission said.
