ITC Issues 5-Year Review of Cellulose Gum, Steel Goods

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to institute a five-year review of countervailing and anti-dumping duties imposed on cellulose gum from Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden and stainless steel products from Belgium, Italy, Japan and several other countries.

The agency approved the five-year reviews on Monday, seeking to determine if certain countervailing and anti-dumping duties on the goods would lead to a recurrence of material injury to U.S. producers.
