KitchenAid Asks Court To Toss $6M Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 1:23 PM EDT) -- Whirlpool Corp. unit KitchenAid has asked a judge to throw out a $6 million antitrust suit against the company, arguing that accessories maker Pourfect Products has failed to make its case following an earlier dismissal.

Pourfect's “minor revisions” to its antitrust complaint do not address numerous deficiencies Judge G. Murray Snow pointed out in his May 3 dismissal order, KitchenAid said Monday in a motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
