Senate Bid To Bar EPA Carbon Rules Set For June Vote

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 5:52 PM EDT) -- A disapproval resolution aimed at stopping the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act is slated for a June 10 vote on the U.S. Senate floor, according to Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, who introduced the bill in January.
