Ropes & Gray Adds Jones Day Atty To Antitrust Ranks

By Evan Weinberger (May 25, 2010, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Michael S. McFalls, a specialist in antitrust issues facing the health care, pharmaceuticals and biotech sector, has left Jones Day to sign on with Ropes & Gray LLP.

McFalls will help Ropes & Gray's private equity clients navigate mergers and acquisitions in the health care space, the firm said Monday. A veteran of the Federal Trade Commission under President Bill Clinton, he will work out of the firm's Washington office.
