FDA Still Seeks Link Between J&J Recall, Complaints

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has yet to find a link between hundreds of consumer complaints related to more than 40 over-the-counter pediatric medicines made by a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary and the recent recall of these products, according to a congressional memo.
