EPA Agrees To Require Factory Farm Waste Data

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has agreed to begin requiring owners of factory farms to provide information about the animal waste they generate, settling environmental groups' challenge to a rule that allegedly exempted the farms from water pollution regulations.
