'Missing Pants' Judge's Reappointment Appeal Nixed

Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 6:16 PM EDT) -- The former administrative law judge who sued his neighborhood dry cleaner for $54 million over a pair of lost pants has failed to revive a suit he filed over not being reappointed.

In a ruling Thursday, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
