Obama Nominates 2 US Attorneys, District Judges

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 11:39 AM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has sent Congress two nominees for U.S. attorney posts in West Virginia and Wisconsin, and two nominees for U.S. district judge vacancies in Illinois and North Carolina.

On Thursday the White House announced its nomination of Cogburn & Brazil PA partner Max O. Cogburn to serve as a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, as well as the nomination of Illinois Tenth Judicial Circuit Judge James E.
