Fed. Circ. Won't Revisit Decision To Nix Applera IP Win

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 11:51 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has rejected a bid by Applera Corp. for an en banc rehearing following its decision to overturn a final judgment for Applera in a patent infringement suit brought by Enzo Biochem Inc. over methods for detecting nucleic acids.
