Limited Discovery OK'd In BPA MDL

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 2:11 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation alleging negligent omission and breach of warranty against companies that sold baby bottles with bisphenol A can demand info on BPA's health effects and the companies' marketing strategies, but they are barred from exploring products not named in the suit, a court has ruled.
