3rd Circ. Revives Suit Tying PwC To Hospital Fraud

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Under guidance from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a federal appeals court has revived a lawsuit implicating PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the fraud and eventual $1.3 billion collapse of Allegheny Health Education and Research Foundation.
