Class Certified In FLSA Suit

Law360 (January 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge overseeing a suit against a telecommunications service and installation company has signed off on an order granting conditional certification to a class of technicians alleging the company failed to pay them minimum wage and overtime.

Judge Nanette K. Laughrey in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri on Monday gave the class conditional approval, granted the plaintiffs leave to amend their complaint, and directed the defendants to furnish a list of potential class members.
