Judge Tosses Conviction Of WebMD Unit's Ex-Execs

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 6:30 PM EDT) -- In a rare reversal, a federal judge has set aside a jury's convictions of two former executives of a one-time WebMD Corp. subsidiary, agreeing with the defendants that the limitations period had run out on the government's charge against them.
