3rd Circ. Affirms Nixing Of Kickback Suit V. Stryker

Law360, New York (June 1, 2010, 7:22 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday refused to revive an antitrust suit against orthopedic devices makers including Zimmer Inc. and Stryker Inc., rejecting a bid from a husband and wife who claimed that a kickback scheme stifled their ability to compete in the replacement hip, knee and joint market.
