SEC Warns Cardinal Health Executive

Law360 (January 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The executive chair and four former officers and employees of Cardinal Health Inc. may face charges from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over the company’s accounting practices.

The pharmaceutical and medical-supply company said Thursday the SEC served Wells notices to executive chair of the board Robert D. Walter, as well as to four former officers and employees in relation to an ongoing SEC review of the company’s financial reporting.
