Del. Law Governs 3Com's Suit Over Nixed Merger: Judge

Law360, New York (June 2, 2010, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery Court judge has determined that Delaware law applies to 3Com Corp.'s suit seeking to recoup a $66 million termination fee from a failed buyout by a Bain Capital Partners LLC unit and ordered the parties to produce allegedly privileged documents for a review under state law.
