Law360, New York (June 4, 2010, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Delaware's high court has ruled that DuPont Co. is entitled to excess insurance coverage for $239 million in liabilities related to acetal resin plastic Delrin, finding that hundreds of thousands of property damage claims relate to a single occurrence.
