Tyson Foods Settles Donning, Doffing Suit

Law360, New York (June 3, 2010, 6:25 PM EDT) -- Tyson Foods Inc. on Thursday reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor to resolve a long-running lawsuit accusing the poultry company of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay production line workers for time spent donning and doffing compulsory safety gear.
