6th Circ. Won't Stop Retrial In Tenn. Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 4, 2010, 5:17 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has nixed a request by the city of Nashville, Tenn., to stop a retrial of a discrimination class action brought against the city, but it did order the district court to rule on several outstanding claims within 90 days prior to any new trial.
