EPA Slams Xcel For Refusing Doc Requests

Law360, New York (June 8, 2010, 5:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has accused Xcel Energy Inc. of dodging its reporting responsibilities by refusing to provide the EPA with documents it requested regarding the planned construction of projects at two of the company's coal-fired electric plants.
