Sierra Club Sues Over Wis. Power Plant Emissions

Law360, New York (June 9, 2010, 3:21 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club has accused a Wisconsin power transmission company of exceeding emissions standards for carbon monoxide and other pollutants in violation of the Clean Air Act, the latest in a string of suits aimed at cutting emissions by the state's energy suppliers.
