ITA Upholds Duties On Chinese Tissue Paper

Law360, New York (June 9, 2010, 6:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Administration has decided to continue assessing anti-dumping duties on certain tissue paper products from China after an expedited sunset review, finding that revoking the duties would likely harm U.S. industry.

The ITA's final determination, dated June 3, was filed Tuesday in the docket of a parallel U.S. International Trade Commission investigation. It will become effective when it is published in the Federal Register.
