Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 1:44 PM EDT) -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission recently approved the Maine Power Reliability Program, a 300-plus-mile, $1.4 billion upgrade to the transmission system of Central Maine Power Co., a subsidiary of Iberdrola USA.[1]
